Changes to Our Clinic During Covid-19

E-Visits (visits over the computer through our patient portal) are available to most of our patients. A computer with internet connection, camera and microphone is required. This is the preferred over coming to the office.
If you are unable to do an E-Visit and prefer not to come into the office, we can visit over the phone. We will reschedule you to come in when risk of Covid-19 is significantly lower.
We will screen everyone coming to the office before the visit and upon arrival. Anyone with a fever (100.5 or over), cough or recent upper respiratory illness will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
We have put gaps between appointment times to limit overlap of other patients in our office.
We will not be using our waiting room. All patients will go directly to an exam room where the entire visit will occur. If an exam room is not available, we ask you to wait in your car until one is ready.
As we have always done, hand washing or use of hand sanitizer is done before and after examining our patients. All our tables, chairs and door knobs are wiped down with disinfecting wipes between patients.
We have a no visitor policy during this time. Patient’s may bring 1 person with them if absolutely necessary. This person will be subject to the screening above. No industry representatives will be allowed in the office.
